What we collect

Information you give us. When you join the waitlist or write to us, we collect what you share: your email, your state, how many IA firms you deploy for, your willingness-to-pay answer, and any message you send.

Usage analytics. We use PostHog to understand how the site is used. That includes pages viewed, sections seen, scroll depth, and which buttons get clicked. This may set a cookie or store an identifier in your browser.

Technical data. Our hosting records standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and referring page. We use it to keep the site running and to detect abuse.

How we use it

To run the waitlist and to invite you to the founder pilot when it opens.

To learn whether 1099 adjusters would pay for ClaimTab at the price shown. That answer drives whether we build it.

To operate, secure, and improve the website.

What we never do

We never connect to your bank, your carrier remittances, or any IA firm portal. ClaimTab is the adjuster's private ledger. Nothing on this site moves money.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site, such as Web3Forms for the form, PostHog for analytics, and Cloudflare for hosting. Each receives only what they need to do their job.

We do not share your data with the IA firms you deploy for. Your numbers stay on your side of the table.

Data retention and your rights

We keep waitlist information for as long as needed to run the waitlist and to seed the founder pilot.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by writing to hello@claimtab.leadcatalyst.in. We action a verified request within thirty days.
