The service

ClaimTab is bookkeeping software for 1099 independent and catastrophe adjusters. It imports your closed claims, attaches the fee schedule and split for each IA firm, computes an expected net fee per claim, and reconciles it against what you were actually paid. Paid, owed, and short-paid figures appear on a roll-up statement.

ClaimTab is read-and-reconcile. It is your private ledger, not the IA firm's system, and it never moves money. It does not connect to a bank, an IA firm portal, or a carrier remittance system.

ClaimTab is not an audit-the-firm tool, a dispute tool, or a substitute for your accountant or attorney. The figures it produces are an aid to your own records.

Waitlist

The waitlist is free. No card is required to join. By joining you give us permission to email you about the founder pilot and to ask short validation questions by reply.

Prices shown on the site are indicative until validated. The first paying pilots will be invited at the figure shown, currently around twenty-five dollars per month for the Solo plan, billed monthly or annually.

Acceptable use

Use ClaimTab for claims you adjusted or are otherwise entitled to track. Do not use it to misrepresent another party's records or to disrupt the service for others.

We may suspend access if a regulator requires it or if the service is being used to harm others.

Disclaimer

ClaimTab is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. The figures it produces are an aid to your own records and are not a legal demand on any carrier or IA firm.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaimTab is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the prior twelve months.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product takes shape. Continued use after an update means you accept the change.
